Michael Economopoulos - Syndicate
Manager
Mike owns and operates Magic Springs Farm, a 120 acre spread in the
Ozark Mountains in Arkansas. With an 8-stall barn, lush pastures,
outside riding arena, horse walker, and miles of trails, the farm
specializes in the individual training of the Arabian race horse.
Having been involved in Arabian racing since 1980, Mike currently
owns 10 horses, 4 of which are in race training, along with several
in partnership. About KA Czubuthan, he states that the stallion
passes on his size, deep hip and "very strong willed and competitive
attitude" to his offspring. Meconomo@aol.com
Mickey and Michelle Morgan
Mickey and Michelle Morgan have owned Arabians since 1987, but
only began racing them 9 years ago. They have quickly turned their
farm, Mandolynn Hill Farm, into a leading breeding and training
facility in Aubrey, Texas. The 80 acre operation stands 4 stallions,
including KA Czubuthan, houses a complete mare care and race training
facility. The Morgans own approximately 40 horses and race all over
the country. Michelle appreciates one thing in particular about
Czubuthan's progeny: "They win."

Dr. Charles and Nellie Ruehle
Thirty-three Arabians live on the Ruehle's 105 acre farm in
Maryland. Since 1984, they have operated a broodmare farm aimed at
developing horses for racing and endurance. They have produced horses
such as SUNKETCHER, major stakes winner; Accknowledge, track
record setter; Corkey, winner of the best condition trophy at the
1999 Old Dominion 100 mile ride; and Cosmic Wonder, Scottsdale
National Champion in 2000. They currently have three KA Czubuthan
yearlings on their farm. "These babies reflect Czubuthan's athletic
conformation and winning attitude. We are very pleased with them and
anticipate competing with them."
Jon Wales
Wales Prime Time Ranch in Bryan, Texas is where Jon Wales
stations his horses. This 121 acre ranch is a full breeding facility
that stands 7 stallions as well as a training facility with its own
5/8 mile training track. They have been in the Arabian business since
1967, but started racing in 1990 when Arabian racing started in
Texas. Currently they own 45 horses: 2 are at the track, and 4
2-year-olds are getting ready to race next year. Jon echoes Mike in
his feelings toward KA Czubuthan. "His offspring seem to have an
aggressive attitude to run."
Dr. Jim Wetzel
Dr. Wetzel, along with his wife Peggy, live in Casper, Wyoming
where they run Spirit Winds Arabians. This 110 acre ranch stands
several stallions and specializes in breeding superb Arabian athletes
who excel in racing, endurance, cutting and reining while maintaining
the beauty and charm of the breed. They focus their breeding program
on Polish bloodlines and currently own about 50 Arabians to go along
with several half-Arabians, quarter horses, and Norwegian Fjords. The
Wetzels joined the Arabian racing scene in the mid 1980's to showcase
their athletic Arabians. Jim likes KA Czubuthan for several reasons.
"One was that he raced for years and stayed healthy. Next he won at
all distances-a true sign of a 'Hall of Fame' athlete. His
conformation is excellent and his 'heart' is beyond belief-two things
that you want to perpetuate in future generations." www.spiritwindshorses.com
