Plenty of grass here on the farm, but he deserves more than just standing around and he has a whole lot to give... this is a very nice horse for you to enjoy. Always well kept and well fed, great nutrician all his life, all vaccines and farrier and healthcare, handled with kindness.
Under saddle for 5 years, ridden lightly until this past year and now has some real miles and conditioning on him... in serious endurance training for the spring/summer and he is turning into a very nice endurance horse. Has been on 2 AERC rides. 10 miles in about 1 hour. Average heart rate when working hard about 125, up to 140 when pushed, 160 up "Hester Hill", recovers to 55-60 in 10 minutes, RHR 32.
